I am enjoying my 28th successful year as an independent management consultant.  As an entrepreneur/pioneer my professional experiences include small business owner, management consultant, organization development, team development, personnel development, business systems analyst, management systems development, aviation safety auditor, aviation pilot, aviation mechanic and college professor.  I pioneered the use of mini-computers. I wrote, edited and published the first Aviation Management Newsletter for the Corporate Aviation Industry. I created and presented the first Aviation Management Seminars for the Corporate Aviation Industry. I have presented numerous papers, seminars and speeches. I am now pioneering . . . personal, professional and business success coaching. I continue to look creatively for a better way !

I am one of the first graduates of Purdue University's Aeronautical Technology School. I have a Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation Management. I have an MBA in Behavioral Management.  I have been certified as a Certified Management Consultant, as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, as a Certified Professional Values Analyst and I am licensed as an Airline Transport Pilot and an Aviation Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic

I am honorably discharged from the United States Army
