Why "Management ? "
The work that you have to accomplish exceeds your personal time, talents
and/or treasures. You must manage the time, talents and/or treasures of
"Other People." Your "Management Style" is "How" you manage the time,
talents and/or treasures of "Other People."

For example, My "Aggressive" management style was a
limiting factor to my management success, until I learned how to apply, adapt
and/or augment my management style to be successful in each specific "Other
People" encounter. Your management success is built one "Other People"
encounter at a time. My natural management skills are much more of a
dictatorial management style and the situation needed much more of a democratic
management style. Was the change easy for me? No! Was I
successful? Yes! Can you be successful too! Yes! Will the
change be easy? It will depend on your natural management style and the
"Other People" encounters. I have been there, I have done all this and I
am willing to share it all with you so you can cross the finish line sooner and
with much less stress. As your Coach, I clear the "Land
Mines!"
